Who Is TabTrade - A New CFD Broker in 2026

The Broker — The Short Version

TabTrade.com launched in Q1 2026. CFD broker incorporated in Saint Lucia, regulated by the FSRA. The guy behind it is Benjamin Boulter. Before this, he was on the executive team at BlackBull Markets, the New Zealand-regulated broker.

The BlackBull connection matters. It says the person running this knows how a proper broker operates. Does not mean TabTrade is the same as BlackBull. But preferable to a founder with no industry background.

The broker opened with execution through Equinix servers. Same infrastructure prime brokers run on. Most new brokers leads with marketing and bonuses. These guys went the other way. Unusual for a new broker.

The instrument list: FX, indices, gold, silver, oil, energies, softs, shares, crypto, ETFs. A wide spread. For a broker that is a few months old, that coverage is solid.

The Software

Available: MetaTrader 5, cTrader, and web trading. Both MT5 and cTrader from the same login. Many only give you one or the other. Getting both makes a difference. Use whichever you prefer.

MT5 is the default. Full charting, Expert Advisors, massive community. If you have used MT4 or MT5 before, there are no surprises.

cTrader is the more modern one. Cleaner order book. More responsive charts. cBot support. Plenty of traders like it better than MT5 once they try it.

FIX API is offered for automated strategies but needs the VIP tier ($25,000 deposit). TradingView charting is reportedly coming. That would be a good addition once it is live.

Costs

Three tiers: Standard, Edge, VIP.

Standard. Spreads from 1.0 pips. Commission-free. Straightforward. No minimum deposit. Suits beginners.

Edge. Interbank-style spreads from 0.0 pips average. Commission of $3.50 each way. Total cost: spread plus $7 per lot round-turn. On EUR/USD, the actual interbank spread is often under 0.2 pips. Meaning your actual cost per trade can sit below 0.5 pips. That is cheap for a broker with $0 to start. Most brokers that run raw pricing at this level ask for $500 or $1,000 upfront. TabTrade requires zero deposit.

VIP. $25k to open. FIX API, faster fills, custom pricing. Not relevant to most retail traders. Skip it unless you run serious volume.

How Fast Are the Fills

The speed is where Tab Trade stands apart. Equinix LD4/LD5. Under 30ms on Edge. Below 20ms on VIP. That is institutional numbers. Most retail brokers operate at a much wider range.

Should you care? If you scalp, yes. The gap between fast execution and sluggish execution is profit or loss on tight trades. If you trade higher timeframes, you will not notice. But the fact that the setup is serious. That says they are not cutting corners on the tech.

Combine that execution speed with the Edge account pricing and what you get makes sense. Not many platforms with no minimum deposit have infrastructure at this level.

Safety

This is the part you need to be straight about. TabTrade is regulated by the FSRA in Saint Lucia. That is offshore. No ASIC. No government-backed safety net. If the lack of tier-1 regulation makes you uncomfortable, look elsewhere. Lots of tier-1 alternatives out there.

However. The person running it came from BlackBull Markets, an FMA-regulated broker. The Equinix infrastructure is not cheap. Dodgy operations do not pay for proper execution infrastructure. This does not guarantee anything. It should factor into your decision.

The trade-off: you give up tier-1 protection. What you get instead: 1:1000 leverage, cheap spreads, no minimum deposit, Equinix execution. Whether that makes sense depends on you.

Deposit Bonus

TabTrade offers bonus funds of up to $2,000. Typical deposit match. You deposit, the broker top up your balance. Standard terms apply: trading volume requirements before bonus funds can be taken out. Check the terms before you commit.

Everything in one place, covering regulation, tab trade withdrawals, here pricing, and the bonus terms, is at check here Trade The Day.
